C-sit position alternating knees

30 second side planks on each side ( to increase results do 2 to 3 reps)

 

Week 2

Burn Baby Burn Leg, Bum, and Thigh Toner

 30 leg lifts on each leg

1 min wall sit

50 regular squats

50 pulse squats

30 squat jumps

 

Week 3

All Fab no Flab Arm Toner

10 push ups on knees or full  out extened

15 bicep curls

20 arm raises

15 tricep dips

1 min plank

30 Arm circles front and back  

 

Week 4

The Master Calorie Blaster

60 jumping jacks

40 mountain climbers

10 squat jumps

10 burpees

2 min run in place
